- Begin by collecting all the ingredients: raspberries, Greek yogurt, nut milk, optional honey or maple syrup, ice, and protein powder.
- Add raspberries, Greek yogurt, nut milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to the blender. Follow with protein powder and ice.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if needed, then blend for another 10-15 seconds.
