  • 1 cup Ice Adjust quantity for desired thickness
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder Choose whey or plant-based
For Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds For added texture and nutrition
  • Raspberry Slices or Leafy Greens For garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by collecting all the ingredients: raspberries, Greek yogurt, nut milk, optional honey or maple syrup, ice, and protein powder.
  2. Add raspberries, Greek yogurt, nut milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to the blender. Follow with protein powder and ice.
  3. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  4. Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if needed, then blend for another 10-15 seconds.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with chia seeds and raspberry slices or mint sprig.
  6. After enjoying, clean the blender with soap and water to avoid residue.
