- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease the baking dish with olive oil.

- Whisk together olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken breasts for 15-30 minutes.

- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sautéed spinach and half a cup of shredded mozzarella.
