- Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix with the appropriate amount of milk according to package directions. Allow this mixture to thicken for about 2-5 minutes.
- Fold in the chopped banana and ¾ cup of Nilla wafers.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the pudding mixture.
- Fill the popsicle molds with the mixture and insert some Nilla wafers for added crunch.
- Cover and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours until solid.
- To release, dip the molds in warm water for 3-5 seconds and gently push up from the bottom.
