Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix with the appropriate amount of milk according to package directions. Allow this mixture to thicken for about 2-5 minutes.
  2. Fold in the chopped banana and ¾ cup of Nilla wafers.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the pudding mixture.
  4. Fill the popsicle molds with the mixture and insert some Nilla wafers for added crunch.
  5. Cover and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours until solid.
  6. To release, dip the molds in warm water for 3-5 seconds and gently push up from the bottom.
