- Start by boiling 4 cups of fresh, filtered water in a kettle or pot over high heat. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat and add 4 black tea bags or 4 tablespoons of loose leaf black tea. Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes until it develops a rich, bold color. After steeping, remove the tea bags or strain out the tea leaves.
- Carefully pour the brewed black tea into a heatproof pitcher and leave it to cool at room temperature for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
- Once the tea has cooled, stir in 1 cup of passion fruit juice into the pitcher with the cooled tea. Use a wooden spoon to ensure a well-integrated blend.
- Next, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey, adjusting according to your taste preference. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the honey has fully dissolved.
- Transfer the mixed drink into the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
