Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling 4 cups of fresh, filtered water in a kettle or pot over high heat. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat and add 4 black tea bags or 4 tablespoons of loose leaf black tea. Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes until it develops a rich, bold color. After steeping, remove the tea bags or strain out the tea leaves.
  2. Carefully pour the brewed black tea into a heatproof pitcher and leave it to cool at room temperature for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Once the tea has cooled, stir in 1 cup of passion fruit juice into the pitcher with the cooled tea. Use a wooden spoon to ensure a well-integrated blend.
  4. Next, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey, adjusting according to your taste preference. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the honey has fully dissolved.
  5. Transfer the mixed drink into the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
  6. Gather your favorite glasses and fill them with ice cubes. Gently pour the chilled Classic Iced Passion Fruit Tea over the ice, and garnish each glass with fresh lime slices.
