  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Use your favorite brand
  • 4 pieces Flatbread Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For brushing the flatbreads
  • Fresh Cilantro Chopped, for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions
