Preparation
- Clean the mushrooms under cool water and remove the stems to create a hollow cavity.
- Mix softened cream cheese, chopped herbs, and minced garlic in a bowl. Add Parmesan if using, and mix until smooth.
- Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps, packing it well but avoiding overfilling.
- Preheat the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Place stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket, ensuring proper air circulation. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Remove from air fryer and optionally garnish with fresh herbs or extra Parmesan. Serve warm.
