  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened; can substitute with vegan cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Herbs Fresh herbs like parsley and thyme
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Optional; can use nutritional yeast for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Choose gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version

Preparation
  1. Clean the mushrooms under cool water and remove the stems to create a hollow cavity.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese, chopped herbs, and minced garlic in a bowl. Add Parmesan if using, and mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps, packing it well but avoiding overfilling.
  4. Preheat the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket, ensuring proper air circulation. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  6. Remove from air fryer and optionally garnish with fresh herbs or extra Parmesan. Serve warm.
