Ingredients

For the Crust
  • 3/4 cup Graham Wafer Crumbs You can substitute with crushed digestive biscuits or vanilla wafers.
  • 3/4 cup Butter, melted Margarine works well as a dairy-free alternative.
For the Filling
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk Coconut condensed milk is a great dairy-free substitute.
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips Feel free to use dark or semi-sweet varieties based on your preference.
  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips You can adjust the type of chocolate depending on your taste.
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries For a twist, try raisins or chopped dates instead.
  • 1 cup Flaked Coconut Sunflower seeds are a good alternative if you’re avoiding coconut.
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows You can omit them if you prefer a less sweet option.

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • mixing bowl
  • measuring cup

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup of melted butter with graham wafer crumbs until well integrated.
  3. Transfer the crumb mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it evenly across the bottom. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the crust from the oven and layer the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, flaked coconut, and mini marshmallows over it.
  5. Pour 2/3 of the can of condensed milk over the layered ingredients, ensuring even coverage, and drizzle the remaining milk on top.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is lightly golden and the bars are set.
  7. Once baked, let it cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
